Description
Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA has a Postdoctoral positionavailable immediately for a motivated candidate for studies aimed at thecharacterization of the mechanisms controlling Notch signaling and thefunction of tumor suppressor genes in the context of asymmetric celldivision. We use Drosophila as a model system to dissect the regulationof Notch signaling in vivo using a combination of genetics, live cellimaging, molecular modeling, and biochemistry. Requirements: PhD.Experience with molecular biology and biochemistry techniques arepreferred. Experience with Drosophila molecular genetics a plus.
