A post-doc position supported by the EC FP7 program in the team of AndréLe Bivic « Morphogenesis and Cell compartimentation » for 3 yearsstarting from October 2008 on:
The role of the Crumbs complex in epithelial morphogenesis in mouse.
Our group in interested in the study of mechanisms of tight junctionformation and epithelial polarization in mouse models involving KO mouseand in vivo KD approaches on mouse tissues such as intestine and kidney.Expertise in mouse genotyping, dissection, embryology and in cell andmolecular biology is required. Our group has a longstanding record inepithelial cell biology and is located on a very active scientificcampus near the coast of Marseille. This research project will takeplace in the highly competitive environment of the IBDML one of the mostimportant developmental research laboratories in France.
