We are currently seeking a Post-Doc Fellow, Research. This positionreports to Dr. Curt Horvath and will have an academic staff appointmentat Northwestern University.
In this role, the Post –Doc Fellow will under minimal direction, designand perform complex research procedures. The Post-Doc Fellow willdevelop, implement, and review general administrative procedures andcollaborates with principal investigator in developing policies. Thisrole will also design, sets up, conduct, and correlate a variety ofdifficult experiments (original and standard), including biologicalassays, quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• PhD
• 5 years of research experience in the area of Biochemistry, MolecularBiology and Cell Biology
• Ability to plan, conduct and analyze experiments semi-independently
