Description
A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in a newly establishedlaboratory at the University of Connecticut-Storrs. Using Drosophila asa model system, projects will involve the study of molecular mechanismsof aging and age-associated diseases such as diabetes and Parkinson’sdisease. Highly motivated scientists with a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. inmolecular biology and a background in classical genetics are encouragedto apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strongrecord of independent research are essential.
