The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine has a Post Doctoral research position available to a highly motivated scientist to participate in basic and translational research in tumor angiogenesis at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Selected candidate will join a laboratory that recently moved to the Cancer Center and will work in projects related to tumor and vascular targeting strategies using retargeted oncolytic viruses. Candidate may also participate in translational studies focused on identification and evaluation of novel tumor and blood biomarkers in patients receiving antiangiogenic drugs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and experience in Molecular Biology. Candidates with experience in viral vector development are preferred. An appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be considered.
