Description

The faculty mentor for this position will be Dr.SHADAB A SIDDIQI. Two NIH-funded postdoctoral positions are immediately available to study intracellular lipoprotein trafficking in primary rat hepatocytes.

Qualifications: Applicants should have a Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry or a related discipline. The candidates must have excellent cellular, molecular and biochemical skills. A good understanding of cloning, siRNA, transfection, protein purification, protein characterization techniques and experience with the use of small animals (rat, mouse) are desired.
