Post Doctoral Fellows

The University of Cincinnati is seeking Post Doctoral Fellows to join the laboratory of Dr. Jorge Moscat and Dr. Maria Diaz-Meco in the Department of Cancer and Cell Biology located in the Vontz Center for Molecular Studies of the College of Medicine. The laboratory’s research focuses on the signaling mechanisms regulated by the atypical PKCs and their adapters and regulators, p62 and Par4, in inflammation and cancer, using different in vivo genetic models in mice and cell in vitro systems. Publications describing ongoing studies have appeared in Cell 86, 777 (1996), Mol. Cell 8, 771 (2001), Dev. Cell 6, 303 (2004), Cell Metab. 3, 211 (2006), Mol. Cell 23, 631 (2006) and Cancer Cell 13, 343 (2008). Candidates should have a solid background in molecular and cellular techniques. Positions are available immediately.
