Description
The Emmy Noether research group “Cell cycle regulation and DNA damage response” (Head: Dr. Florian Bassermann) in the Department of Hematology/Oncology of the Technical University of Munich invites applications for a
Ph.D. Student Position
Area of research:
Our group is studying the role of the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) in the regulation of the mammalian cell cycle and DNA damage response mechanisms. We are particularly interested in how these mechansisms, when deregulated, contribute to tumorigenesis.
Our interdisciplinary approach ranges from biochemistry, proteomics and cell biology to mouse genetics.
