Description

Investigating mixtures of genotoxic pesticides

We are looking to appoint a postdoctoral researcher (2 years fixed term) to work on a project aimed at investigating the effect of mixtures of genotoxic pesticides, specifically agents that induce micronuclei by interfering with microtubuli polymerization. The project outcomes will have relevance to the regulation of pesticides, especially when present as mixtures.

You will work as part of a highly interactive and collaborative international team of researchers. We are looking for applicants with a PhD (or postdoctoral experience) in the life sciences. Knowledge of techniques used for the screening of micronuclei and of genetic toxicology will be an added bonus.
