Description:

This position will study the underlying mechanisms and impact of epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) on lung tissue remodeling and tumor invasion. The projects will use fate-tagged systems and genetically modified cells and mice to understand the basis for cell matrix and cell contact dependent EMT.

Qualified candidates should have experience in molecular and cell biology, and preferably in bioimaging and in vivo mouse studies.
