Postdoctoral Research Associate position

The Department of Pharmacy Practice at University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a postdoctoral research associate to work on a preclinical drug development project. A PhD degree in pharmacokinetics (or related field) is required. Experience in analytical chemistry (HPLC or mass spectrometer) and animal handling is preferred. Candidate will perform experiments in the areas of preclinical pharmacokinetics: drug metabolism in microsome and hepatocytes, Caco-2 permeability, plasma protein binding, CYP induction/inhibition, and in vivo pharmacokinetic studies in mice and rats.
