Position 1: Development of computational techniques for quantifying and modeling circuit dysregulation (power spectrum density, entropy, nonlinear system identification) using fMRI, near-infrared spectroscopy, and EEG. The candidate should be experienced in fMRI acquisition and analysis, ideally with a background in physics or mathematics (dynamical systems, complex systems analysis), computational neuroscience, control systems engineering, nonlinear heart-rate variability analysis techniques, systems neuroscience, near-infrared spectroscopy, or EEG.
Position 2: Instrumentation, including hardware/software, eye-tracking, signal processing, and interface with neuroimaging equipment. Background in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field.
Position 3: Neuroimaging/regulation of emotion and stress (toddler and adult). The candidate should be experienced with fMRI acquisition and analysis, near-infrared spectroscopy, EEG, or eye-tracking, with a background in cognitive neuroscience or psychology. Preference for experience with classification methods (support vector machine), connectivity methods (dynamic causal modeling), infant/toddler/child protocols, and/or psychiatric research.
Position 4: Laboratory Manager. Scientific and administrative responsibilities, including study coordination, subject recruitment, data acquisition, processing, analysis, and administrative support (assistance with grant/manuscript preparation, purchasing/finance).
