兼职药师助理(010730)

岗位职责: 1. Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer. 2. Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems. 3. Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications. 4. Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers. 5. Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions. 6. Dispense medication to hospitalized patients 7. Follow and understands all pharmacy policies and relevant hospital policies. Other Duties Performed- 8. Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check. 9. Checking for expired medications. 10. Performing monthly narcotic inventory. 11. Completing a monthly invoice for various drug suppliers. 12. Take part in evening and weekend shifts. Participate in night on-calls if needed. 13. Compounding products for our department stock. 14. Assist in completion of mail and internet pharmacy orders 任职要求: 1. Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy or pharmacy specialty in a technical academy 2. Good communication skills in English and Chinese. 3. Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice.
