岗位职责: • Support the implementation of operational and process improvementinitiatives through engaging sponsors and stakeholders and promote ahospital-wide understanding of continuous improvement philosophiesthrough mentorship, coaching, and training of all staff 搭建和维护与院内各方的关系，推动医院运营改进计划的实施。为全员提供辅导和培训，促进员工理解持续改进理念的和建立持续改善文化 • Facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to identify anddeliver quality improvement activities across the clinical andadministrative departments 推动以精益/流程改进为基础的活动，并在临床和行政部门开展质量改进活动 • Drive process improvements through employing relevant methodologiesand tools, e.g. surveys, interviews, workflow analysis, brainstormworkshops and shadowing 通过采用相关方法和工具，如调查、访谈、工作流程分析、头脑风暴活动和跟班学习，推动流程改进 • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency throughthe identification and elimination of unnecessary wastes within thedaily continuous improvement framework通过在日常持续改进框架内识别和消除不必要的浪费，支持实现更高的价值和效率 • Develop a deep understanding of critical processes in the hospital andlead multi-disciplinary teams in process improvement initiatives usingappropriate approaches深入了解医院的关键流程，采用适当的方法领导多学科团队开展流程改进活动 • Maintain the sustainability of improvement by improving or developingformal documents such as policies, procedures and standard workinstructions at all levels通过改进或制定正式文件，如各级政策、程序和标准工作指南，保持改进的可持续性 • Engage hospital senior leaders to clearly define objectives andperformance within their portfolio and build alignment to strategy amongfrontline staff让医院高层领导参与进来，明确界定其工作范围内的目标和绩效，并让一线员工与战略保持一致
任职要求: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, nursing, economics,business or healthcare administration 学士学位以上学历，如科学、工程学、护理学、经济学、商业或医疗保健管理专业等 • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/PMP certification preferred获得精益六西格玛绿带/PMP 认证者优先 • Ability to define problems, identify root causes, run appropriatestatistical and quantitative analyses as well as to synthesize andimplement action plans 有能力界定问题、找出根本原因、进行适当的统计和定量分析，以及综合和实施行动计划 • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts and toolsincluding Six Sigma, Lean, wastes, 5S, A3, value stream mapping非常了解持续改进概念和工具，包括六西格玛、精益、浪费、5S、A3、价值流图 • Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuousimprovement in a healthcare organization is highly preferred有在医疗机构设计或实施持续改进框架的经验者优先考虑
