岗位职责: 1. Assist department with medical liaison to delivery specialist or parttime physician's patient result 协助专家和坐诊医生跟进病人的报告结果； 2. Provide translation services for Chinese client and escorting patientto outside procedures as needed. 为病人提供翻译，需要时陪同病人外出会诊； 3. Remind patient about follow up visits for vaccines, lab tests anddoctor's visits 提醒患者定期复查，接种疫苗，通知诊疗结果； 4. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists andother staff in the department when needed to communicate effectivelywith patients 协助患者和医生、护士、前台、药房和其他工作人员进行沟通； 5. Other tasks as assigned by manager. 完成其他上级经理交代的任务。
任职要求: 1. Associate bachelor degree or above 大专或以上学历 2. At least 1 year above work experience with Patient Services is preferred 至少1年的工作经验，有患者服务经验者优先考虑 3. Hospital or service organization background preferable 有医院或服务行业经验优先考虑 4. Good English communication skill preferable 良好的英文沟通能力者优先 5. Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 熟练使用Microsoft Word 和 Excel软件
