岗位职责: 1. Assist department with medical liaison to delivery specialist or parttime physician's patient result 协助专家和坐诊医生跟进病人的报告结果; 2. Provide translation services for Chinese client and escorting patientto outside procedures as needed. 为病人提供翻译,需要时陪同病人外出会诊; 3. Remind patient about follow up visits for vaccines, lab tests anddoctor's visits 提醒患者定期复查,接种疫苗,通知诊疗结果; 4. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists andother staff in the department when needed to communicate effectivelywith patients 协助患者和医生、护士、前台、药房和其他工作人员进行沟通; 5. Other tasks as assigned by manager. 完成其他上级经理交代的任务。
任职要求: 1. Associate bachelor degree or above 大专或以上学历 2. At least 1 year above work experience with Patient Services is preferred 至少1年的工作经验,有患者服务经验者优先考虑 3. Hospital or service organization background preferable 有医院或服务行业经验优先考虑 4. Good English communication skill preferable 良好的英文沟通能力者优先 5. Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 熟练使用Microsoft Word 和 Excel软件
