岗位职责: Primary Duties- • Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling. • Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription and medication related problems. • Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications. • Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers. • Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions. • Dispense medication to hospitalized patients • Follow and understands all pharmacy policies and relevant hospital policies. Other Duties Performed- • Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check. • • Performing monthly narcotic inventory. • Take part in core team pharmacist duties. Participate in holiday shifts if needed. • Compounding products for individual prescriptions. • Provide assistance and training to residents and pharmacy technicians. • Take part in clinical or other projects as assigned by supervisor or manager. 任职要求: • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent • 3 to 5 years pharmacy work experience or < 1 year pharmacy work experience in joint venture or international medical institution • Licensed pharmacist preferred. • Be able to perform the pharmacy duties independently • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
