1.硕士研究生及以上学历，四证合一或有规培证者优先， 2.主治医师及以上职称 3.有较丰富的儿童保健临床工作经验，具备过硬的专科业务能力和医患沟通水平，能熟练开展儿童保健相关诊疗服务。 4.国内外知名专科医院工作或学习经历，拥有良好的职业素养； 5.认同圣托文化，愿与圣托共同成长。 6.有一定的外语基础或口语沟通能力。 Requirements: 1.Master's degree or higher; preference will be given to those with a combined "Four Certificates" or standardized residency training certificate. 2.Attending physician or higher professional title. 3.Substantial clinical experience in child healthcare, with strong professional competence and patient communication skills, proficient in providing child health-related diagnosis and treatment services. 4.Work or study experience in renowned domestic or international specialized hospitals, possessing a high level of professionalism. 5.Identification with Sentuo's culture and willingness to grow together with Sentuo. 6.Basic foreign language skills or verbal communication ability.
