岗位名称： Assistance Nurse( 援助护士） 地点：广州 职位简介： 负责为客户提供专业、高效的医疗协助服务，包括健康咨询、病例管理、医疗转运协调及医疗资源推荐。 The Assistance Nurse provides professional and effective medical support to clients, including clinical advice, case management, medical transportation coordination, and provider referrals. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 🏥 医疗案例管理 / Medical Case Management 负责接听并评估客户医疗求助电话，判断病情紧急程度及所需支持；收集并记录病历、行程及保险等信息，提供专业医疗建议，协调诊治与转运安排；与医生、客户及救援中心保持沟通，确保病例处理及时、合规并符合 Compass 政策。 Responsible for receiving and assessing medical assistance calls, determining urgency and required support; collecting and documenting clinical, travel, and insurance details; providing professional advice and coordinating treatment or evacuation; maintaining effective communication with doctors, clients, and assistance centers to ensure timely, compliant, and policy-aligned case management. ✈️ 医疗转运协调 / Medical Transportation Coordination 与国际SOS救援中心合作，评估患者医疗撤离或遣返需求，判断转运必要性并选择合适的方式（如空中救护、民航担架或医疗护送），在紧急程度、病情稳定性与政策指引间取得平衡，确保安全高效执行。 Work closely with International SOS Assistance Centers to assess evacuation or repatriation needs, determine necessity and appropriate transport mode (e.g., air ambulance, commercial stretcher, or escort), and ensure safe, efficient execution while balancing clinical urgency, patient stability, and policy guidelines. 🌐 医疗网络与转诊支持 / Network Services & Referrals 为客户提供可靠的医疗资源推荐，确保转诊方案科学可行；在陌生地区协助定位合适的医疗机构，降低风险、优化治疗结果；并将新资源信息反馈至网络服务团队，持续完善全球医疗网络。 Provide clients with sound and feasible medical referrals, ensuring clinically appropriate care; assist travelers in locating suitable medical facilities in unfamiliar regions; and share updated provider information with the Network Services team to strengthen the global medical network. 任职要求 / Requirements 注册护士资格 Registered General Nurse with valid license 有急诊、重症或综合医院临床经验； Experience in emergency, ICU, or general hospital settings. 英语沟通能力良好，会其他语言者优先； Strong written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage. 具备良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力； Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills. 有国际医疗协助或旅行健康经验者优先。 Prior experience in medical assistance or travel health preferred.
