急诊护士

工作职责： 1. 负责急性病症患者的全面护理，包括脑卒中、心肌梗死、休克、创伤、精神疾病急性发作、药物过量等紧急情况。 Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute medical conditions, including stroke, myocardial infarction, shock, traumatic injuries, mental health crises, drug overdose, and other emergencies. 2. 根据分诊政策及患者病情，进行科学分诊。 Perform triage based on patient condition in accordance with established triage protocols. 3. 能够熟练使用除颤仪、便携式呼吸机、心电监护仪、复苏器等急救设备。 Operate medical equipment competently, including defibrillators, portable ventilators, cardiac monitors, and resuscitators. 4. 与患者及重要家属保持有效沟通，恪守专业护理标准，并提供健康教育与心理支持。 Communicate effectively with patients and their families while upholding professional nursing standards and health education and emotional support. 5. 及时、简洁、准确、完整地使用指定表格和格式记录所有护理信息。 Document all care information concisely, accurately, completely, and in a timely manner using the appropriate formats and forms. 6. 完成其他上级主管指派的任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职要求： 1.学历要求： 大专及以上护理专业的学历。 Education: Associate degree or above in nursing. 2. 执业资格： 持有中国注册护士证（RN）。 Licensing: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in China. 3. 工作经验： 5 年以上护理经验，有急诊科工作经验者优先。 Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with emergency department experience is preferred. 4. 能力要求： 良好的沟通能力和服务意识。 Skills: Strong communication skills and service orientation. 5. 语言要求： 具备良好英语沟通能力者优先。 Language: Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
