MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES (1) Assist in Overall Operation Management Assist the General Manager in implementing the hospital’s strategic plans, executing effectively and achieving annual business goals, and support the decomposition of business indicators and work tasks, and supervise the implementation of all affiliated departments. (2) Operational & Administrative Management: Supervise the whole process of logistics material procurement, warehousing, use and inventory, strictly control logistics costs, and ensure the stable operation of hospital water, electricity, equipment, venue and security to provide solid support for clinical business. (3) Nursing Management & Service Quality Control (4) Legal & Compliance Risk Control: Take charge of full-hospital legal risk, industry compliance, medical insurance compliance and operational risk prevention and control. Eliminate risks such as medical insurance violations, operational irregularities and employment violations, and ensure hospital compliant operation. (5) Procurement Supply Chain & Cost Control (6) Team Management & Capability Empowerment (7) Compliance Risk Control & Problem Rectification (8) Special Work & Superior Assigned Tasks Cooperate with the General Manager to complete annual budget formulation, work summary, work report and other document submission; take the lead in implementing hospital special activities, policy inspections and evaluation supervision work; complete other temporary tasks assigned by the General Manager and the group. COMPETENCIES 能力要求 (1) Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in clinical medicine, public health, nursing, hospital management, Law, business administration or other related majors. (2) More than 5 years of hospital management experience, including more than 3 years of middle and senior management experience in private hospitals; familiar with private hospital operation logic, nursing quality control, legal compliance and procurement supply chain; candidates with relevant working experience in chain private hospitals or general hospitals are preferred. (3) Possess strong capabilities in overall planning, execution, risk judgment, team management, problem-solving, business negotiation, strong pressure resistance, service awareness and cross-departmental coordination. (4) Highly analytical and good numeracy ability. (5) Candidates with senior nursing professional titles, legal professional qualification certificates, hospital management certificates or procurement management qualifications are preferred; those familiar with private hospital evaluation and medical insurance compliance inspection processes are preferred. (6) Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese (7) Proficiency in MS Office, new technologies and AI.
