MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES (1) Overall Strategic and Operational Management  Formulate the hospital’s medium and long-term growth strategy, execute effectively and achieve annual business objectives, business plans and implementation schemes in accordance with the group’s overall strategic planning,  Fully manage core operational indicators including hospital revenue, cost, profit, patient volume and pricing, decompose annual, quarterly and monthly objectives to each department, etc.  Regularly report operational data, work progress, potential risks and optimization plans to the Managing Director and the group (2) Medical Quality and Service System Management  Take the lead in building a high-end medical service system compliant with international standards and domestic medical regulations  Focus on high-end customer medical experience (3) Overall Hospital Operation and Department Coordination  Control hospital operation costs  Effectively deploy new technologies and AI to improve patient journey, operational efficiency and new patient acquisition. (4) Sales, Brand Marketing and Customer Resource Management  Analyze the competitive landscape of the high-end medical market, formulate strategies for brand promotion, market development and channel cooperation, connect with high-end communities, enterprises, insurance institutions and foreign-related institutions to expand high-end customer groups.  Manage hospital brand promotion, public relations and public opinion, and maintain the hospital’s high-end, professional and international brand image. Lead, build and manage an effective sales team that is able to grow the business in a sustainable manner. (5) Team Building and Talent Management (6) Compliance Risk Control and External Liaison Strictly abide by national medical laws and regulations, industry supervision policies and international medical standards, fully control the hospital’s compliant operation, medical risk control,etc. COMPETENCIES (1) Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in clinical medicine, public health, hospital management, business administration and other related majors. (2) More than 8 years of hospital management experience, including more than 5 years of overall comprehensive management experience in private hospitals. Candidates with working experience as General Manager or Director of general hospitals or specialized hospitals are preferred, with a good command of private hospital market-oriented operation models. (3) Excellent in decision-making, overall coordination and business negotiation; strong pressure resistance and clear goal orientation with mature private hospital operation and management thinking; excellent communication and influencing skills; abide by professional ethics of the medical industry with no major industry violation records. (4) Highly analytical and good numeracy ability. (5) Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese . (6) Proficiency in MS Office, new technologies and AI.
