DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: · Performs Ultrasound examinations and issue bilingual reports independently and confidently. · Provides explanation and instructions to patients. Checks accuracy of information regarding patient. Instruct patients regarding procedures. · Available for night, weekend, or holiday work as needed. · Participates in in-service programs, staff, and educational meetings. · Maintains patient confidentiality. · May be required to travel to other clinic facilities to perform Ultrasound procedures upon demand. · Other duties: Performed-Equipment maintenance includes finding and reporting problem, instructing bi-engineer repair if necessary. · Equally share call/coverage duties · Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients · Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy · Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner · Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested · Participate in Fellow training when requested · Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求： · Education: Graduate from Medical University. Master’s degree or Doctor’s degree in Ultrasound in Medicine. · Certificate: · Own CDFI certificate · Own Chinese physician license · Have finished Shanghai’s standard medical residency training program · Experience: · Attending physician or above · Over five years‘ experience in diagnostic Ultrasound in general hospitals (prefer IIIA hospitals) · Skills: · Should be confident to perform general Ultrasound (including abdomen, thyroid, breast, scrotum, etc.), periphery vascular Ultrasound (carotid and extremity), GYN&OB (including transvaginal GYN AND general OB). Could perform MSK Ultrasound and/or Echocardiography (adult and/or pediatric) would be an advantage. · Fluent in written and spoken English (CET 6 or above). · Knowledge: Have the basic clinical knowledge and rich Ultrasound knowledge. Proficient in conducting the equipment and practicing the daily work.
