Job Description Summary ATD scientist is a cross-modality engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a competitive product to address clinical needs. The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system optimization needs, creation of feasible system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Process that proceeds from feasibility and concept to production and operation. ATD scientist is to deliver the innovation breakthrough with advanced technical readiness for product implementation, collaborating with KOLs and other strategic IAH partnerships. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Job Description The Senior MR ATD scientist will drive advanced MR application together with engineering team in activities related to MRI product development through product definition, algorithm design, clinical image review, system validation etc.. This role offers hands-on experience in medical imaging technology and cross-functional collaboration within local and global teams. Key Responsibilities Work with engineering team of algorithm and clinical experts on developing impactful MRI applications across field strengths and platforms. Define MR applications development roadmap according to local and global customer needs. Stay informed of advances MR technology and clinical needs to define China innovation team priorities. Manage clinical data, including archiving, loading, and extracting key details for analysis and reporting. Contribute to image review and other clinical validation activities. Required Qualifications M.S. or higher degree from the radiography background with more than 10-year experience. Minimum of 8-year experience in MR imaging research or a closely related healthcare field. Minimum of 8-year experience in industrial R&D, product development, or equivalent. Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
