工作地点： 江苏省南通市如皋市北城街道中瑞大道1号（斯堪尼亚如皋工厂医务室） 薪资范围： 税前月薪面议 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 负责工厂医务室的日常运营管理，包括常见病诊治、员工健康咨询、药品管理等。 Responsible for the daily operation and management of the on-site clinic. 2. 提供院前急救支持，处理突发医疗事件，必要时协调外部医疗资源。Extensive experience in pre-hospital care. 3. 独立开展中英文双语急救培训及健康讲座。 Ability to independently deliver bilingual first aid training and health talks in both Chinese and English. 4. 进行以患者为中心的全面诊断、检查及医疗报告撰写。 Proven ability to perform thorough and patient-centered diagnosis, examinations, and medical reporting. 5. 熟悉现场医务室的各项行政管理。 Familiarity with administrative management of on-site clinic. 6. 根据需要参与备班及倒班工作。 Able to be on call and work shifts as required. 任职要求 / Qualifications 1. 拥有二级甲等及以上医院至少5年临床医疗工作经验。 Minimum of 5 years of clinical medical experience in a Tier 2A or higher hospital. 2. 对各种医疗状况有较强的诊断能力。 Strong diagnostic skills for a wide range of medical conditions. 3. 有效的高级心血管生命支持（ACLS）认证。 Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification. 4. 具有丰富的院前急救经验。 Extensive experience in pre-hospital care. 5. 具备一定的英语听说读写能力。 Working proficiency in English. 6. 能够独立进行中英文双语急救培训和健康讲座。 Ability to independently deliver bilingual first aid training and health talks in both Chinese and English. 7. 持有有效驾驶证。 Valid driving license. 8. 能够接受备班及根据工作需要倒班。 Able to be on call and work shifts as required. 优先考虑 / Preferred 有外资企业或大型制造型企业驻厂医生经验者优先。 我们提供 / We Offer 1. 具有竞争力的薪资及五险一金 2. 稳定、规范的工作环境（大众集团旗下品牌斯堪尼亚） 3. 清晰的岗位职责与专业支持
