Summary of Responsibilities: • Provide all the audiometry (PTA, Impedance, PAZ VRA, ABR, ASSR, DPOAE.) basing on ENT physicians* order. • Ensure the auditory machines in normal use and regular morning checkup. • Assist the vendor and coordinate the site and hearing aid fitting and follow up for patients as ordered. • Provide on-site audiometry training for new hire nurses. • Responsible for sleep issue related technician job, including sleep study and CPAP. • Instruction for patients home use, and data analysis, CPAP initiation, treatment and follow up • Arranging patients systemic treatment and follow up, monitor sleep study record. • Marketing and patients education. 任职要求Qualification: • College or university graduate preferred. • Working experience in audiometry field is desirable. • Minimum one year working experience. Skills: • Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment. • Ability to do sleep test and related treatment, assist physicians and nurses • Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese. • Demonstrate professional audiometry skills. • Maters the basic fitting knowledge about hearing aids, sleep study and CPAP. • Caring in nature, organized and service-oriented. • Good communication skill and has strong team spirit. • Preceptorship and coaching skills for new hire. Knowledge: • Understand department scope of services, department physician's qualifications • Familiar with hospital policies and procedures. • Adequate knowledge on hearing aid fitting, sleep study, and CPAP fitting.
