Job Purpose Statement: Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. Key Accountabilities: • To examine patients, using medical instruments and equipment • To execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition • To analyze reports and findings of tests and of examination, and diagnoses condition • To administer or prescribes treatments and drugs. Inoculates and vaccinates patients to immunize patients from communicable diseases • To advise patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease • To refer patients to medical specialist or other practitioner for specialized treatment • To perform minor surgery • May conduct physical examinations to provide information for various purposes Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above in Medical. • Strong command in Japanese, English and/or Mandarin. • Minimum 5 years practical experience, holding current and active Medical License. • Possesses strong teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, and is capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary and diverse work environments. • Highly self-driven with a strong sense of ownership. Skilled at proactively identifying issues and driving resolutions in fast-paced settings, while consistently bringing fresh ideas to advance departmental goals, business growth, and patient experience. • Swing/weekend shift.
