DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.  Assists senior physicians in routine pre-examination procedures including assessing and recording objective and subjective data concerning presenting condition. Updates and maintains a patient record by ordering laboratory tests and imaging investigations, assisting in coding and writing medical notes under senior physician’s supervision. 2. Closely coordinates with ward on-call physicians in inpatient care to implement multidisciplinary care when needed. Performs patient care measures when required. 3.  Assists in surgical procedures application and planning, including pre-operative checks; schedule management and documentation 4.  Assist in patient education, educate on prescriptions and teach the patient and family, coordinate and ensure continuity of care. 5.  Proficient in using MS office and Neusoft system to support senior physician 6.  Maintains a high level of confidentiality and ensures patient’s rights in accordance with the policies in Jiahui Health. 7.  Performs other related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: 1.  Bachelor of Medicine or Nursing; or equivalent 2.  OR/Surgical experience is highly preferred 3.  Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities 4.  Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills; proficient in English writing 5.  Demonstrate effective collaborative skills; performing comfortably in group settings 6.  Knowledge and skills in primary care, able to handle patient communication effectively 7.  Fully comfortable with multi-cultural, start up working environment 8.  Master in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. EDUCATION: 1. Bachelor degree with nursing background is preferred
