岗位职责: 和睦家医疗管理培训生计划将包括 12 个月的集中培训、轮岗培训及定岗实践。 在完成相应轮岗及考核后，管培生将进入优势资源培养人才梯队，进入一线科室或是其它职能部门，如业务运营、市场营销、临床质量以及其他职能部门（例如集中采购、总务）等方向的人才晋升发展快速通道，致力于成为未来医疗领域核心人才。 管培生将收获： 1. 中国私立医疗领域深耕平均 10 年以上的和睦家总部及区域高管作为专属导师； 2. 经验丰富的人力资源总监/经理提供职业生涯指导； 3. 聚焦和睦家文化、领导能力、多样性、人际关系技巧和商业运营策略等方面的分享交流，并在专业和个人发展上获得帮助； 4. 新风医疗管理层深度参与项目，指导和支持管培生的发展。 作为业务线运营方向的管培生，你将深入医院业务线的战略与运营核心，学习如何推动科室从"做好医疗"到"做好业务"的全面升级： 战略落地与科室运营：参与业务线的年度战略规划与预算编制，推动战略目标拆解为可执行的运营计划，跟踪关键经营指标（KPI）达成情况 业务数据分析与决策支持：收集并分析科室运营数据（收入、利用率、患者结构等），输出经营分析报告，协助管理层做出资源调配与业务调整决策 外部合作与生态构建：参与政府关系（GR）、机构合作（BI）、专家网络（D端）等外部合作渠道的拓展与维护，推动科室业务的对外联动 产品化与市场推广：将医疗服务能力产品化，参与服务包设计、定价策略制定，协同市场团队推动产品推广与品牌建设 跨部门资源协同：协调医疗线、护理线、财务、市场等多部门资源，推动业务线项目从规划到落地的全流程执行 我们需要什么样的人 *对医疗服务行业有热情，愿意在医疗健康领域长期深耕，内心强大，爱创新、有担当、实干主义 *国内外知名院校本科或硕士应届毕业生（2025-2027届），医院管理、公共卫生、流行病统计、预防医学、健康管理、经济学、金融学等相关专业优先，不限专业 *对数字敏感，具备较强的数据分析能力和商业思维，善于从数据中提炼业务洞察 *沟通表达能力强，能清晰地将复杂业务逻辑传递给不同背景的协作方 *具备跨部门协调能力和项目推动意识，能在多线并行中保持条理清晰 *英文可以作为工作语言 *善于在工作场景应用AI工具者优先 The United Family Healthcare Management Trainee Program consists of 12 months of intensive training, job rotations, and placement practice. Upon completion of the corresponding rotations and assessments, trainees will join a talent pipeline with priority development resources and enter a fast-track growth path toward front-line clinical departments or other functional departments, such as business operations, marketing, clinical quality, and other functional areas (e.g., centralized procurement and general affairs)—committed to becoming future core talent in the healthcare sector. As a Management Trainee in the Service Line Operations track, you will immerse yourself in the core of strategy and operations of the hospital's service lines, learning how to drive departments through a comprehensive upgrade from "delivering good healthcare" to "running a good business": Strategy Execution & Department Operations: Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting for the service line, translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, and track the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) Business Data Analysis & Decision Support: Collect and analyze department operations data (revenue, utilization, patient mix, etc.), produce business analysis reports, and assist management in decisions on resource allocation and business adjustments External Partnerships & Ecosystem Building: Participate in developing and maintaining external partnership channels such as government relations (GR), institutional partnerships (BI), and expert networks (the "D-end"), driving external collaboration of department business Productization & Marketing: Translate healthcare service capabilities into products, participate in service package design and pricing strategy, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive product promotion and brand building Cross-Departmental Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across the medical, nursing, finance, marketing, and other departments, driving service-line projects through the full process from planning to execution Who We Are Looking For *Passionate about the healthcare services industry and willing to build a long-term career in healthcare; mentally resilient, innovation-driven, accountable, and pragmatic *Bachelor's or master's degree, fresh graduate (Class of 2025–2027) from a well-recognized university in China or abroad; majors in hospital administration, public health, epidemiology & biostatistics, preventive medicine, health management, economics, finance, or related fields are preferred, while all majors are welcome *Sensitive to numbers, with strong data analysis skills and business acumen; able to distill business insights from data *Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex business logic clearly to collaborators from diverse backgrounds *Cross-departmental coordination skills and a strong sense of project ownership; able to stay organized while managing multiple workstreams in parallel *English usable as a working language *Experience applying AI tools in work scenarios is a plus
