岗位职责: 和睦家医疗管理培训生计划将包括 12 个月的集中培训、轮岗培训及定岗实践。 在完成相应轮岗及考核后，管培生将进入优势资源培养人才梯队，进入一线科室或是其它职能部门，如业务运营、市场营销、临床质量以及其他职能部门（例如集中采购、总务）等方向的人才晋升发展快速通道，致力于成为未来医疗领域核心人才。 管培生将收获： 1. 中国私立医疗领域深耕平均 10 年以上的和睦家总部及区域高管作为专属导师； 2. 经验丰富的人力资源总监/经理提供职业生涯指导； 3. 聚焦和睦家文化、领导能力、多样性、人际关系技巧和商业运营策略等方面的分享交流，并在专业和个人发展上获得帮助； 4. 新风医疗管理层深度参与项目，指导和支持管培生的发展。 作为医务与质量管理方向的管培生，你将深入临床运营与医疗质量管理的核心环节，在轮岗中全面了解医院医疗线的运作机制： 医疗质量与安全管理：参与医疗质量指标的监控与分析，协助推进临床质量改进项目（如患者安全、临床路径优化、不良事件管理），推动质量标准的持续提升 临床运营支持：深入一线科室轮岗，理解临床诊疗流程与多学科协作机制，协助科室主任和运营团队优化资源配置与服务效率 医疗合规与评审：参与医院等级评审、JCI等国际认证准备工作，学习并应用医疗法规、行业规范与合规标准 数据驱动决策：收集与分析临床运营数据（如就诊量、住院周转、手术效率），输出可视化报告，为管理层提供决策依据 跨部门协作：与医疗线（CMO）、护理线（CNO）、运营线（COO）紧密协作，推动医疗、护理、运营三线协同 我们需要什么样的人 *对医疗服务行业有热情，愿意在医疗健康领域长期深耕，内心强大，爱创新、有担当、实干主义 *国内外知名院校本科或硕士应届毕业生（2025-2027届），临床医学、公共卫生、医院管理、卫生事业管理、流行病学等相关专业优先，不限专业。 *具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，善于从数据中发现问题、推动改进 *英文可以作为工作语言 *善于在工作场景应用AI工具者优先 quality, and other functional areas (e.g., centralized procurement and general affairs)—committed to becoming future core talent in the healthcare sector. As a Management Trainee in the Medical Quality Management track, you will immerse yourself in the core of clinical operations and medical quality management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the hospital's medical functions operate through rotations: Medical Quality & Safety Management: Participate in monitoring and analyzing medical quality indicators, assist in driving clinical quality improvement initiatives (e.g., patient safety, clinical pathway optimization, adverse event management), and promote the continuous elevation of quality standards Clinical Operations Support: Rotate through front-line departments, understand clinical care workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration mechanisms, and assist department heads and operations teams in optimizing resource allocation and service efficiency Medical Compliance & Accreditation: Participate in preparation for hospital grade evaluations and international accreditations such as JCI, and learn and apply healthcare regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze clinical operations data (e.g., patient visit volume, inpatient turnover, surgical efficiency), produce visualized reports, and provide decision-making support to management Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Medical (CMO), Nursing (CNO), and Operations (COO) lines to drive synergy across the three functions Who We Are Looking For *Passionate about the healthcare services industry and willing to build a long-term career in healthcare; mentally resilient, innovation-driven, accountable, and pragmatic *Bachelor's or master's degree, fresh graduate (Class of 2025–2027) from a well-recognized university in China or abroad; majors in clinical medicine, public health, hospital administration, health services management, epidemiology, or related fields are preferred, while all majors are welcome *Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and drive improvements through data *English usable as a working language *Experience applying AI tools in work scenarios is a plus
