岗位职责: Responsibilities: • Responsible for coordinating the infection control program which includes surveillance; analysis of data; developing reports, policies and procedures. • Use epidemiological principles and statistical methods to design, implement and evaluate infection prevention and control strategies. • Coordinate with IC committee to determine the direction of surveillance activities and actively evaluate effectiveness of the infection prevention and control plan annually. • Develop and implement continuously improved patient care procedures and control mechanisms relating to quality, compliance and infectious disease. • Coordinate the development and implementation of all employee health initiatives and programs. • Provide education to patients and staff in respect to Infection Prevention & Control. • Notify the local CDC/related health department of any reportable disease, adhering to all local regulation. • Organize IC Committee/IC link nurses meetings and maintain all meeting minutes. 任职资格: • Nursing school graduated or higher level • 1+ years nursing experience in nursing field • Register nurse in China
