DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1.Responsible for performing clinical service in gastrointestinal department, including outpatient service, in patient service and digestive endoscopy. 2.Gastroenterologist's routine responsibilities including: Gastrointestinal service in Clinics of Jiahui Health(including JJC,JSC, etc.) and Jiahui hospital(outpatient department and in patient department). Perform digestive endoscopy and provide written report of endoscopy. Available for night, weekend, or holiday work as needed. Education of endoscopic and clinic staff in GI service with the responsibility of direct supervision and accountability of all staff members. Participates in quality and safety programs, staff and educational meetings. Maintains patient confidentiality. Other duties required by medical staff by laws, Jiahui’s policy and local government regulations. Equally share call/coverage duties Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested Participate in Fellow training when requested Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求： Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Gastroenterology practice license Qualified in Basic Life Support Above 5 years experience in Gastroenterology department. Above 3 years experience in Digestive endoscopy. Experience in ESD, ERCP and liver diseases is preferred.
