The Pennsylvania State University, College of Medicine, Department ofCellular and Molecular Physiology located in Hershey, Pennsylvania isrecruiting a Post-Doctoral Scholar. The position is availableimmediately to study the role of signal transduction pathways inregulating pancreatic beta cell functions and onset of diabetes,including insulin secretion, beta cell regeneration, and epigenetics.Required qualifications are a PhD degree in molecular biology ordiabetes research with relevant experience in signal transduction,knockout mice, DNA methylation, ChIP, and protein-protein interactionpreferred. Experience in working with lentiviral delivery of shRNA orislet isolation is a plus.
