Aalto University School of Chemical Technology is a School of Aalto University, a university formed in 2010 through the merger of Helsinki School of Economics, University of Art and Design Helsinki and Helsinki University of Technology. The School has four academic departments: Department of Biotechnology and Chemical Technology, Department of Chemistry, Department of Forest Products Technology and Department of Materials Science and Engineering.
Description
Aalto University School of Chemical Technology invites applications for several postdoctoral research positions. Research at the School of Chemical Technology focuses on sustainable use and processing of natural resources, with a special emphasis on energy technologies and new materials. If the candidate has an older degree and wishes to refer to special circumstances, such as parental leave, this should be clearly stated. The positions will be fixed-term and filled for 1 year (with an option for a 1-year extension), starting date is negotiable (as soon as possible). The salary is determined based on experience and qualifications according to the salary system of Aalto University.
