岗位职责: Operations Management 运营管理 Under the leadership of the General Manager of LTU, responsible for daily operational coordination and management of LTU; regularly analyze and forecast operational performance to provide data support for management decision-making; 在院长的领导下,负责院区日常运营协调与管理工作,定期分析并预测运营状况,为管理层决策提供数据支持; Monitor key performance indicators in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, continuously optimize operational processes, and enhance service efficiency and customer experience; 根据公司的战略目标,监控关键绩效指标,持续优化运营流程,提升服务效率与客户体验; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forecasts and operational reports, propose improvement solutions, and drive implementation. 按月、季度及年度编制业绩预测与运营报告,提出改进方案并推动落地。 Business Development and External Partnerships 业务拓展与外部合作 Execute operational strategies and budget plans, define phased objectives, and continuously expand referral channels with external medical institutions; 执行运营策略及预算方案,明确阶段性目标,持续拓展外部医疗机构转诊渠道; Gain in-depth insights into partner institutions' needs, provide customized solutions, lead business negotiations, and complete agreement signings; 深入洞察合作机构需求,提供定制化解决方案,主导商务谈判并完成协议签署; Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and business growth prospects; 开展市场调研,挖掘潜在合作机构与业务增长机会; Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, actively participate in client events, industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and other business activities to expand industry network resources. 维护并深化与关键客户的关系,积极参与客户活动、行业展会、学术会议等商务活动,拓展行业人脉资源。 Internal Coordination and Patient Services 内部协同与患者服务 Coordinate internal and external medical resources, collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve service processes, and ensure patients receive high-quality, continuous medical care; 统筹内外部医疗资源,协同临床及运营团队改进服务流程,确保患者获得高品质、连续性的医疗服务; Establish close cross-departmental collaborative relationships with other campuses of SHM and institutions within the UFH healthcare network to promote resource sharing and business synergy; 与上海和睦家各院区及UFH医疗网络内各机构建立紧密的跨部门协作关系,推动资源共享与业务协同; Coordinate with Sales and Marketing departments to participate in new media content planning, service package design, and online/offline promotional activities to support brand communication and potential client conversion; 联动销售与市场部门,参与新媒体内容策划、服务套餐设计及线上线下推广活动,助力品牌传播与潜在客户转化; Lead or participate in quality improvement and operational optimization projects within LTU to ensure project objectives are achieved. 牵头或参与院区内的质量改进及运营优化项目,确保项目目标达成。 任职资格: - Bachelor's degree or higher. - Preferably with a medical background. - Prior administrative experience in the healthcare industry is required. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, medical, or insurance-related industries. - Previous experience in marketing communication is preferred. - Bilingual in Chinese and English is mandatory, additional language skills are a plus. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
