We are seeking a Post-doctoral Fellow to investigate the intersection of the immune system with the human disease ADAMTS13-deficient thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP ). The applicant will also contribute to other studies of immunity/autoimmunity in the laboratory, which may involve work with laboratory mice. OMRF is an independent, not-for-profit, biomedical research institute adjacent to the campus of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC ) in Oklahoma City. OMRF investigators enjoy close scientific interactions with OUHSC faculty and participate in OUHSC graduate programs. Minimal Qualifications:
Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D., or DVM /Ph.D. First-author publication(s) in internationally recognized journals in the fields of immunology, inflammation, hematology and/or cardiovascular biology. Motivation and ability to keep abreast of the current literature as well as his/her own experiments. Willingness to interact with other members of the laboratory in a way that raises the scientific excellence of the whole group. Excellent scientific writing and oral presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in flow cytometry will be strongly preferred, and experience in real-time quantitative PCR will be preferred.
