We are looking for a microbiologist to work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that is developing technology to improve oil recover from Australian oil fields. If you have a PhD or proven experience in microbiology (or a related discipline) then you should apply for this 3 year position. Your role will be to isolate bacteria from oil reservoirs and then characterise the ability of the bacteria to enhance oil recovery in a model system.
