WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Candidates with an outstanding scientific and technological record for a postdoctoral position funded by Cdteam, an industrial project under the Cenit program.

The position requires a highly motivated recent PhD (biology, physics, computer science…), who wants to work in the area of data analysis and integration. He/She must be interested in looking at the broad biomedical picture, exploring the ability to combine medical imaging data with genomics and proteomics information, making in this way his/her contribution to System Biology.

The successful candidate will join the Biocomputing Unit at the Centro Nacional de Biotecnología (http://bioweb.cnb.uam.es). This is a very active group with an excellent publication record (http://biocomp.cnb.uam.es/cgi-bin/publications_list.py) and located in a leading Spanish Research Institution.

Postdoctoral position in the form of a contract associated to the project (a work permit is required for non-EU citizens)- Salary level in accordance to standard CSIC levels
