捷克帕拉茨基大学昆虫分子系统学博士后职位

One Postdoc position is available at Bocakova laboratory, Palacký University, Faculty of Education, full time job, 30 months, to start within October 2012 � January 2013. The individual will be preferably working on molecular systematics of insects (namely elateriform beetles), related biogeographic issues, insect molecular ecology, and teaching. Candidate should become familiar with insect collecting methods, molecular systematics laboratory techniques, and fundamentals of bioinformatics.

We are looking for a highly motivated applicant who has a strong background at least in one of the fields (entomology, molecular systematics, bioinformatics). The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree and have less than 4 years of postdoctoral experience in the related field (i.e. the candidate gained the degree after March 28, 2008). Preference will be given to the candidate with outstanding publication records in entomology research and fluency in English.
