Postdoc Position
The Department of Biochemistry and the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)group of the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology Jena are lookingfor a postdoctoral researcher for projects on identification,localization, and biosynthesis of low-molecular weight and polymericphenolic compounds in conifers. The candidate (m/f) should have a strongbackground in NMR and other methods of analytical natural productchemistry including structural characterization of polymers. Interest inbiological issues and interdisciplinary collaboration with biochemists,molecular biologists and ecologists is essential for successful researchin this field.
