Gene Therapy Program – School of Medicine
University of Pennsylvania
Projects focus on the development of vectors based on novel viralisolates (AAV, Ad and lentivirus) and innate and host responses to thevectors. Applications include gene therapy and genetic vaccines. Someprojects involved detailed studies of antigen presentation and T cellresponses. A PhD or MD is required.
