巴西坎佩纳斯大学招聘生物学博士后

The Department of Structural and Functional Biology of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP ) offers a Postdoctoral position in bioinformatics and/or computation aided (bio)chemistry for candidates interested in structural biology, molecular biology and cancer. Funds are available for an initial two-year period.

The selected candidate will integrate a multidisciplinary group applying different techniques to study prostate biology focusing in the development of therapeutic targets in prostate diseases, particularly benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer.

The main responsibility will be contribute to the analyses of data originated from mass analyses of gene expression and next generation sequencing obtained from RNA sequencing and chromatin immunoprecipitation and/or modeling molecular structure and/or computer modeling chemo-biological interactions.

Applicants should have strong bioinformatics and programming skills. They must have a PhD degree, good communication in English and good group interaction, and publishing experience.
