A postdoc position is available in the Mar lab at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. We seek someone with strong skills in biostatistics and computational biology. Proficiency in R is required, as well as a background in applied statistics and bioinformatics. We are looking for highly motivated people to join our new lab and help drive a new field of science.

We currently have collaborations with labs working on embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, reprogramming, obesity, cancer, and tissue-specific transcriptional networks. We have access to gene expression data sets, including some at the single cell level. Our collaborators are based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Japan, Sweden, Toronto, California, Boston and New York.
