Description

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral research post, minimum two years, to study the transdifferentiation of exocrine to endocrine pancreatic cells and beta cell neogenesis from progenitor cells.
You will have a successful PhD in cell biology, developmental biology or another relevant area, and will be highly motivated to carry out original research. You should have training in tissue culture, molecular biology and optical microscopy. Additional experience in imaging (confocal microscopy) and viral transduction could be an advantage.
