Position: 

Post-doctoral Fellow-Mouse Models of Sarcomas 
 
Job Description:

Characterization of mouse models of sarcomas involving conditional tumor suppressor gene knockout and a unique transgenic model of Ewing's sarcoma. The work will involve profiling of gene expression in tumors, cell-based assays with MEFs, and tumor development. Work would involve handling and breeding of mice. Candidates should have familiarity with basic molecular and cell biology techniques. The project is carried out under the auspices of a large mouse laboratory. Independent thought is encouraged, and opportunity for original investigation is possible.
