浙江省人民医院成立于1984年,目前有朝晖、望江山、越城3个院区,滨江、富阳、萧山3个在建院区,以及浙江省人民医院绍兴医院和毕节医院2个国家区域医疗中心建设项目,是浙江省卫生健康委直属的集医疗、科研、教学、预防、保健、康复于一体的大型综合性三级甲等医院,2022年7月获批增挂“浙江省整形医院”牌子。医院学科齐全、设备先进、技术雄厚,以“院有品牌、科有特色、人有专长”享誉省内外。
Established in 1984 and administered by the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital (ZJPPH) is a leading grade A tertiary hospital in Zhejiang. It currently operates three campuses—Zhaohui, Wangjiangshan, and Yuecheng—with three additional campuses under construction in Binjiang, Fuyang, and Xiaoshan. It also oversees two National Regional Medical Centers located in Shaoxing and Bijie. In July 2022, ZJPPH was officially designated as the “Zhejiang Provincial Plastic Surgery Hospital,” further enhancing its reputation for specialized medical expertise. 任职要求Job Requirements:
(一)
1. 具有博士学位,正高级职称;身体健康,具备能够胜任岗位工作的身体条件、心理素质和履职能力;国外人才来华工作可根据人才分类标准一事一议。
2. 年龄不限;
3. 长期从事临床、科研、教学工作,在医学相关专业领域具有较高学术影响力,得到国内外同行认可。具有海内外知名大学或研究院所管理经验者优先。
4. 全聘的学术院长(副院长)人事关系需在我单位;柔性引进的学术院长(副院长)原则上在我单位一年的工作时间累计不少于1个月。
I.
1. With a doctoral degree and a senior professional title; In good health, possessing the physical condition, psychological quality, and professional capabilities required to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position;The candidate should be in good health, with the physical fitness, psychological resilience, and professional competence required to effectively perform the essential duties of the position;foreign talents coming to work in China can be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the talent classification standard.
2. No age limit;
3. Years of experience in clinical medicine, scientific research and teaching, with academic influence in certain medical fields and recognized by peers globally. Those with management experience in well-known universities or research institutes will be preferred.
4. Full-time academic presidents (vice presidents) shall be employed by ZJPPH, while flexibly introduced ones shall, in principle, work in ZJPPH for not less than one month in a year.
(二)
学术院长(副院长))满足以上条件外,还需满足以下至少一项条件:
1. 某类疾病的门诊手术量及治疗效果居于全国一流水平;
2. 两院院士、国医大师、青年科学基金项目(A类)(原国家杰出青年科学基金项目)获得者、国家高层次人才计划入选者或其他同等层次的国家级人才;
3. 曾任/现任中华医学会分会主任委员(含前任主任委员、候任主任委员)、副主任委员、常委或其他医学类相关国家一级主流学会分会主任委员(含前任主任委员、候任主任委员);或国家各类学科专科排名前20的学科带头人;
4. 以第一作者或通讯作者在国际顶尖期刊(《浙江省人民医院高质量共识期刊目录(科技)》)A类发表高水平研究成果1篇及以上或B类发表高水平研究成果2篇及以上;或主持国家重大重点科研项目1项;
5. 在全球知名医疗卫生机构、医学相关高校、科研机构从事临床、科研、教学工作的全聘医务人员或担任副教授及以上或相当职务人员。
II.
Academic presidents (vice presidents) shall meet at least one of the following requirements in addition to the above:
1. The number of outpatient surgeries for certain diseases and the therapeutic outcomes are among the highest/best nationally;
2. Academicians of CAE/CAS, national TCM great masters, recipients of the Youth Science Fund Project (Class A) (formerly the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund Project), candidates of the National High-level Talent Program, or other national talents of the same level;
3. Chairman (including former chairman and chairman-elect), vice-chairman, or standing committee member of a specialty society of the Chinese Medical Association; chairman (including former chairman and chairman-elect) of a specialty society of other national first-class medical associations; or academic leader of a discipline that ranks Top 20 nationally;
4. Published one or more first-class papers in Category A or two or more first-class papers in Category B of top international journals (Catalogue of High-Quality Journals of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital (Science and Technology)) as the first author or corresponding author; or presided over one national major key scientific research project;
5. Fully-employed medical staff or those holding associate professorships and above (or equivalent positions) who are engaged in clinical medicine, scientific research and teaching in globally renowned healthcare institutions, medical-related universities and research institutes.
薪资待遇Remuneration
医院为引进人才提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇、安家补贴、配套科研启动经费,具体待遇可面议。
全聘学术院长(副院长)参照我院现任同等职级人员工资绩效标准发放;柔性引进学术院长(副院长),根据个人情况及目标任务等,可一事一议。
ZJPPH provides a competitive remuneration package, housing subsidies and supporting research start-up funds for the introduced talents, with specific details to be negotiated.
The remuneration package of full-time academic presidents (vice presidents) will be determined by reference to that of employees of the equivalent rank; while the remuneration package of flexibly introduced ones can be determined on a case-by-case basis according to the specific situation and target tasks.
学术科主任(Academic Department Director)
任职要求Job Requirements
(一)
具有博士学位,正高级职称;身体健康,具备能够胜任岗位工作的身体条件、心理素质和履职能力;国外人才来华工作可根据人才分类标准一事一议。
年龄一般在60周岁及以下,特别优秀或岗位特殊需要的,可适当放宽年龄条件;
长期从事临床、科研、教学工作,在医学相关专业领域具有较高学术影响力,得到国内外同行认可。具有海内外知名大学或研究院所管理经验者优先。
全聘的学术科主任人事关系需在我单位;柔性引进的学术科主任原则上在我单位一年的工作时间累计不少于2个月。
I.

Under the age of 60, with the age limit to be extended for those who are particularly outstanding or are urgently needed for the work;
Years of experience in clinical medicine, scientific research and teaching, with significant academic influence in medical fields and recognized by peers globally. Those with management experience in well-known universities or research institutes will be preferred.
Full-time academic department directors shall be employed by ZJPPH, while flexibly introduced ones shall, in principle, the cumulative working time at ZJPPH should be no less than two months per year.

学术科主任满足以上条件外,还需满足以下至少一项条件:
某类疾病的门诊手术量及治疗效果居于全国一流水平;
入选省部级及以上人才项目;或曾任/现任省级及以上主流医学类学会分会主任委员(含前任主任委员、候任主任委员);
以第一作者或通讯作者在本领域权威期刊(《浙江省人民医院高质量共识期刊目录(科技)》)B类发表高水平研究成果1篇及以上或C类发表高水平研究成果2篇及以上;或主持国家重大重点科研项目1项;
曾在国内外知名医疗机构或医学相关高校担任学科带头人。

Academic department directors shall meet at least one of the following requirements in addition to the above:
The number of outpatient surgeries for certain diseases and the therapeutic outcomes are among the highest/best nationally;
Candidates of provincial-level talent programs and above; Chairman (including former chairman and chairman-elect) of a specialty society of provincial-level (or above) medical associations;
Published one or more high-level papers in Category B or two or more high-level papers in Category C of esteemed journals in a specific field (Catalogue of High-Quality Journals of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital (Science and Technology)) as the first author or corresponding author; or presided over one national major key scientific research projec;
Served as an academic leader in renowned healthcare institutions or medical-related universities.
