岗位职责: Primary Duties: 1) Review and interpret Out Patient and Emergency Department prescriptions and input into pharmacy computer. 2) Evaluate and resolves real or potential prescription related issues. 3) Provide patient consultation on prescription, vaccines, and OTC medications. 4) Process Patient Mail Orders and maintain proper records of patient own medications or mailed ordered medications. 5) Participate in pharmacy daily tasks (i.e. narcotic count, record keeping) 6) Able to provide drug information service to patients and medical staff. 7) Manage & control medication kept as floor stock at Out Patient Clinics & Emergency Department. 8) Supply medication for inpatient & perform bedside dispensing & conclude medication bill to discharge patients in the absence of inpatient pharmacist. 9) Responsible for at least 1 Quality indicator of the department. 10) Work as a team in the Pharmacy Department. Supervisory duties: 1) Facilitate staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in their daily tasks, help stock specialist in maintaining pharmacy inventory and other special projects 2) Work with pharmacy supervisor, asst. manager & manager in devising and implementing pharmacy projects, policy and procedures. 3) In-charge of special pharmacy project reporting and data collecting (i.e. QI) 4) Supervise & assist Return-to-stock & Clean Owe-out tasks. 5) Supervise and oversee pharmacy operations in supervisor’s absence. 6) Performing monthly narcotic inventory. 7) In-charge of staffing schedule Other Duties Performed- 1) Take part in evening and weekend shifts. 2) Assist stock specialist in drug procurement (order, receipt and shelving). 3) Dispense and maintain proper stock of vaccines. 4) Compounding products for department stock assisted by Pharmacy Technician. 5) Assist pharmacy manager in supervising daily pharmacy operation to ensure regulatory compliance. 6) Responsible for special projects as requested by pharmacy manager. 任职资格: 1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities- Be able to perform the above duties independently Strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Self-motivated, energetic, and excellent customer service attitude. Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice. Knowledge of clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in Western and basic Traditional Chinese Medicine. Able to resolve pharmacy related problems and issues. 2. Minimum Education Requirement- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy, advance degree preferred. 3. Minimum Experience Requirement- At least 5 years of work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting or at least 1 year in an international hospital/clinic setting.. 4. Certificate or Licensing Needed - Pharmacist License
