职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Works with Department Chair to ensure adequate staff coverage and continuity of care
2. Provides the same level of service regardless of patient background.
3. Keeps accurate and contemporaneous progress notes and client records.
4. Works with other Departments to enhance patients care and to reach organizational goals
5. Complies with regulations and standards of performance for quality of care
6. Participates in regular on-call rota (or back-up if part-time)
7. Participates in professional development to keep updated on health care trends and practices
8. Maintains strictest confidentiality
9. Attends Departmental Case Conferences, business meetings, supervision sessions
10. Complies with agreed quality standards
11. Participates in KPI setting and annual performance review
任职要求:
Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution
2. Residency training in an accredited institution and certificate of completion of specialist training in psychiatry or equivalent degree
3. At least 5 years of clinical experience post-specialisation
4. Training or experience doing cross-cultural psychiatry
5. Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or past residence.
