Core Responsibilities: 1.Animal Protocol & Facility Management: Lead the design and supervise the preparation of experimental protocols for rodent and non-human primate (NHP) models, ensuring their successful passage through ethical revie********;This role requires significant hands-on experience with rodent facility management and rodent care. A deep familiarity with China's animal surgical regulations and the institutional protocol approval process, particularly for rodents/mice, is essential. 2.Lab Safety & SOP Management: Develop, implement, and update comprehensive laboratory safety protocols and SOPs. Conduct quarterly safety training sessions covering chemical handling, biosafety, and emergency drills, ensuring all protocols are rigorously maintained. 3.Research Outreach Strategies: Organize annual lab open-house events, draft press releases for key findings, and manage social media promotion. 4.Miscellaneous Duties: Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the PI as well as other duties delegated by laboratory leadership, and participate in cross-departmental meetings. Qualifications & Requirements: 1.A Master's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., bioengineering, biology, chemistry, neuroscience) is required. 2.Minimum 3-year working experience in laboratory management (preferably across chemistry/biology and neuroscience labs). 3.Proficiency in equipment maintenance and compliance protocols. 4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese. 5.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. 6.Proactive, trustworthy, and adaptable to a diverse, fast-paced environment.
